<p><strong>Semplificazione</strong> che passa attraverso una digitalizzazione delle procedure, ma non solo. Le crescenti richieste di professionisti asseveratori che, per comprovare lo stato legittimo dell&#8217;edificio necessitano della doppia conformità dell&#8217;immobile (oggi e alla data di realizzo), mettono in difficoltà gli uffici comunali . L&#8217;immobile accede al beneficio solo se conforme al titolo edilizio originario oppure con una regolarizzazione (se consentita) .Da più parti si auspica o una conformità edilizia solo rispetto ai titoli attuali (senza sanatorie di eventuali abusi realizzati), o l&#8217;ampliamento dei margini di tolleranza oggi limitati al 2%, oppure nessuna conformità almeno per quegli interventi assoggettati a regime di edilizia libera(isolamento manto di copertura, pannelli solari, pompe di calore, ecc).</p>
<p><strong>Estensione</strong> anche a soggetti esercenti attività d&#8217;impresa, arti e professioni, privilegiando il settore alberghiero e le PMI tra i comparti in difficoltà</p>
